- Designed in accordance with GB/T 3517-2022 and ISO 2930-1995, the GT-FSM01-1 is used to age raw rubber samples at a prescribed temperature for a specified time. It is paired with the rapid plastimeter to measure plasticity after aging, enabling determination of the Plasticity Retention Index (PRI).
- With HMI and precise temperature control, the plastimeter aging oven can restore the oven temperature to 140℃ within two minutes. The 4-tray configuration allows up to 16 specimens to be aged simultaneously.

Principle
The plastimeter aging oven is dedicated equipment for raw rubber aging tests. It precisely controls oven temperature (ambient +10℃ to 140℃) to simulate the aging environment. After specimens are uniformly heated at the specified temperature and duration, it pairs with the rapid plastimeter to measure post-aging plasticity and calculate the Plasticity Retention Index (PRI).
Wide applicability:
Well-suited for industries such as rubber manufacturing (raw rubber production), raw rubber R&D (new material formulation testing), third-party material testing (raw rubber quality certification), and rubber product manufacturing (incoming material inspection), as well as for research in rubber materials.
Rapid temperature recovery:
With HMI and precise temperature regulation, the plastimeter aging oven can restore the oven temperature to 140℃ within two minutes, ensuring uniform heating of all specimens and minimizing test errors.
High specimen capacity:
With four specimen trays, the instrument can hold up to 16 specimens (3.4±0.4mm thick). The chamber exchanges air 10 times per hours, keeping a clean aging environment suitable for batch testing of various raw rubber.
Heat dissipation design:
Equipped with a dedicated cooling fan, the system efficiently removes excess heat from the oven, preventing overheating during operation.
Standard conformity:
Designed in accordance with GB/T 3517-2022 and ISO 2930-1995, the tester ensures that the aging process, temperature control, and specimen requirement meet industry standards, reducing quality risks and enhance product credibility.
