Overview:
  • Designed in accordance with GB/T 37635-2019, the GT-7516-A is specifically designed to assess the fatigue resistance of elastic straps under repeated stretching, providing data to support quality control, research, production of textile products.
  • Equipped with a servo motor and ball screw drive system, this tester allows manual adjustment of test spacing. It also supports three test modes, including cycle-based stretch, interval-based stretch, and stretch hold, delivering efficient and reliable fatigue testing.

    Principle

    The specimen, secured between an adjustable fixture and a motor-driven fixture, is stretched reciprocally in the horizontal direction. Its appearance is evaluated to determine fatigue resistance after completing the specified number of cycles.

    Wide applicability:

    Well-suited for textile products across various industries, including apparel, home textiles, outdoor gear, material research, and general textile.

    Multiple test modes:

    Supporting cycle-based, interval-based, and stretch-hold modes. the tester provides suitable testing method for different types of elastic materials and simulates real-world stretching scenarios to evaluate textile performance.

    Platform auto-return:

    Featuring an auto-return platform, the tester automatically returns the test platform to its original position upon test completion. The adjustable fixture allows spacing adjustment to accommodate specimen up to 254mm in length.

    Precise parameter control:

    Enabling elongation from 0 to 100%, tensile speed of 5-25 reciprocations per minute, and up to 99,999 test cycles, the tester meets the testing requirement of most types of elastic textiles. 

    Intuitive operation:

    Equipped with an intuitive touchscreen interface for simple parameter setup and test mode selection, the tester offers straightforward operation and minimizes training time.
