  • Principle

    By integrating an environmental chamber, pneumatic cylinder, and grip, the GT-7049-FH applies a constant compression to the specimen. The permanent deformation after recovery is measured, simulating real-world foam compression at high temperatures to evaluate elastic retention.

    Wide applicability:

    Well-suited for foam products across various industries, including automotive (e.g., foam sealing components), electronics (e.g., cushioning foam), furniture (e.g., seat foam), materials research, packaging, and general industrial manufacturing.

    Easy operation:

    Equipped with an intuitive display interface and easy setup, the system allows for straightforward operation and maintenance.

    Customizable configuration:

    The tester can be customized according to customer requirements, including temperature zone distribution, platen size, and holding time, to accommodate foam specimens with special specifications. 

    Safety design:

    With an over-temperature alarm, explosion-proof viewing window, pressure overload protection, emergency stop button, and safety lock, the tester provides multiple protections to minimize operational risks.

    Intuitive result interpretation:

    Compression and permanent deformation of the specimen can be directly observed on the measuring gauge, allowing for straightforward assessment without complex data processing.
