Principle
A cylindrical specimen is placed between the upper and lower platens and compressed to a thickness of 1mm, then held for 15 seconds. After that, a compressive force of 100N±1N is automatically applied for 15 seconds. The final thickness of the specimen is measured at the end of the force application, and the plasticity of the specimen is determined (the final thickness expressed in units equivalent to 0.01mm).
