  • PRINCIPLE

    The GT-7017-MO3 is designed to determine the ability of materials to withstand aging, such as plastics, rubber, leather, and fabrics, under ozone exposure and heat conditions.

    Wide material applications:

    Well-suited for assessing the resistance to ozone exposure and aging across various materials, including leather, plastics, rubber, and fabrics.

    Aging characteristics assessment:

    Assists manufacturers in evaluating material aging characteristics after being subjected to heat and ozone exposure.

    Ozone simulation:

    Provides a precisely controlled ozone environment to assess its effect on test specimens.

    Real-time monitoring:

    With its real-time monitoring touchscreen controller and viewing window, the GT-7017-MO3 enables users to observe both the test processes and test specimens during aging tests. 

    Overheat protection:

    By utilizing precision overheat protection, the GT-7017-MO3 ensures operational safety by preventing damage caused by overheating.

    Specimen turntable:

    Equipped with a stable specimen turntable to ensure uniform temperature distribution among test specimens.

    Air outlet:

    Utilizing an external air outlet pipe, the GT-7017-MO3 draws out harmful air to maintain a safe operating environment.

    Air circulating system:

    With its high-efficiency air circulating system, the GT-7017-MO3 effectively reduces temperature deviation, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and consistent test results.
