    PRINCIPLE

    The HV-3000-D3 HDT/VICAT tester is a compact model for assessing the heat deflection temperature (HDT) and VICAT softening temperature of materials under specific loads and temperatures. It provides manufacturers an easy-to-use solution to evaluate the deflection performance of materials when subjected to high temperatures. The insights delivered by this instrument are valuable for optimizing product design and material selection, ensuring that the products meet the expected performance.

    Wide applicability:

    Well-suited for diverse industries such as aerospace, material science, construction, automotive, energy, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing.

    Flexibility:

    The motorized test station allows operators to install samples and conducts tests easily and quickly.

    Water cooling system:

    The HV-3000-D3 is equipped with an efficient water-cooling heat exchanger and water solenoid valve to remove heat in the oil bath. Additionally, an optional and specialized water chiller is also available to cool down the oil bath more effectively.
