    PRINCIPLE

    The GT-7011-PA is specifically designed to determine the resistance of finished shoes to flexing. While a clamp secures the toecap in place, a rotational platform beneath the shoe specimen applies constant-speed movement to flex the specimen. When a specific angle or force value is reached, the corresponding force or angle is detected.

    Force transducer support:

    The force transducer mounted on the rotational plate directly detects the applied force to the test specimen during flexing.

    Accurate test data:

    Utilizes high-precision encoder to detect and monitor the angle during test, ensuring accurate test data.

    Constant-speed flexing:

    Precisely flexes shoe specimen at a constant speed, simulating its deformed condition during use.

    Secure tocap clamp:

    The specialized toecap clamp ensures secure clamping of the specimen, guaranteeing test precision and repeatability.

    Data storage:
